Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if you feel a different fit would help you, it is possible to switch therapists at any time.
