Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
NOTE: I don’t currently have very many evening slots available .
I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years experience. My undergraduate degree is in Sociology (University of Dayton) and my masters is in Social Work (Indiana University). I am almost done with my doctorate degree as well.
I have specialties in the area of addictions and trauma. In addition I’ve worked with countless clients who suffer from a variety of mental health diagnosis, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. I’ve worked with a wide range of families, ranging from those involved with the Department of Family Services to entrepreneurial wealthy married couples.
I’ve been trained in ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Seeking Safety, MRT, EFT and Batters Intervention.
My work days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I love working with those who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves but don’t know how to do that or get overwhelmed with the process. I have a direct communication style. If you feel like you need a little push or more accountability as you get clear on your next steps and remove some of the barriers standing in your way I’m here to help. I also love to laugh. Life can be so challenging at times, so if you’re up to having some fun as we do some hard work, I’d love to get to know you more.
Take the first step. And let us do the rest together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – patients can connect in the way that fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if someone wants a different fit they are free to switch therapists at any time.
