Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Empowering People and Inspiring Hope
This phrase best describes my method and approach that I take in my counseling practice. As a therapist, I am rewarded each day with challenges and an internal feeling of gratitude to be able to inspire hope, provide a renewed purpose and a greater sense of self in their personal journey of life. The life changing moment is when that person discovers their own inner strengths, faith and resiliency to thrive in the midst of their struggle. This promotes a sense of hope and strength which empowers the person to find the tools to work though or overcome a problematic situation. My practice would be most suitable for those struggling with:
Low self-esteem
Stress
Anxiety
Feeling overwhelmed
Depressed
Phase of life issues,
Spiritual faith challenges
If you’re seeking to rebuild your inner strength, sense of confidence and cultivate the life you’ve always wanted, then I would love to be given the opportunity to assist you towards your goals. My therapeutic technique is Person centered and Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Fusing together my spiritual beliefs, faith, professional skills, personal experience and passion describes my method and practice with the clients that I serve. I am not a spiritual counselor but my faith and counseling training has enabled me to be an effective counselor to help people whether they are in or out of a church or religion. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years in a community setting with various populations.
I have dedicated much of my professional practice and community work to helping others to fulfill their dream, achieve their goals and improve the overall welfare of individuals, families and the community as a whole.
I appreciate the opportunity to partner with you and assist you in your life’s journey!
