Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. I am licensed in Pennsylvania with about 10 year of professional work experience. I have worked in a variety of settings with adults and adolescents to assist in a wide range of concerns. I have helped clients with parenting issues, coping and adjusting to change, dealing with stress and difficulties effectively, developing and maintaining positive mindsets to help reduce anxious and depressive symptoms, developing and maintaining schedules, and understanding healthy relationships. I focus on utilizing your own strengths to assist you in making the changes you identify.
Since no two individuals are the same, I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach. I have a client-centered style but also pull from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Multisystemic and Humanistic approaches. I stay flexible with my approach to help meet my clients where they are at and meet their needs. I consider myself to be non-religious, open minded, and maintain a nonjudgmental approach. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific needs. I am here to support you in that process. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I look forward to getting started with you! Thank you for considering me as your guide to helping you make the changes you want.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be an effective alternative to traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that, for most of these issues, remote therapy performs comparably to face-to-face care.
A major advantage of remote care is flexibility. Individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that best suits their schedule and comfort level – whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to include therapy in busy lives and maintain continuity of care.
Each therapist involved in remote services is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online formats can offer a convenient way to access consistent, licensed support without changing the core therapeutic goals or methods.
