I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Katherine supports people dealing with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting challenges, self-esteem and motivation, coping with life changes, relationship and family conflicts, grief, intimacy-related concerns, and anger management, and she also offers coaching.
