Rachel Wollmann offers a calm, welcoming environment where people are encouraged to speak openly so they can begin working toward meaningful change.
She draws on 15 years of professional experience and practices as a licensed mental health counselor in Hawaii, holding the state LMHC credential (HI LMHC, license MHC-182) to guide clients through emotional healing and relationship repair.
Her approach highlights each person’s strengths and past successes to build confidence in overcoming obstacles, and she integrates the Christian faith into counseling sessions informed by her prior work as a Christian missionary.
Rachel uses an eclectic mix of therapeutic methods – including cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, play, and existential approaches – and she is fluent in both English and Korean.
She enjoys working with people of all ages and supports clients through challenges such as stress, anxiety, self-esteem and relationship concerns, trauma, addictions, grief, sleep and parenting difficulties, and other life transitions.
For many common concerns—including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions—online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility: people can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to fit regular therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals deliver care remotely, and if a client feels they need a different fit, switching to another therapist is an available option. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible route to consistent support and progress on common mental health and relationship issues.
