Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi. I am honored that you are looking at my profile. It can be overwhelming to reach out for help, and I am so glad you are here to take the first step!
My name is Johanna and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years’ experience working as a therapist. I have experience working with people of all ages and concerns, specifically trauma, stress management, anxiety, conflict and relationship issues. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, family and group therapy.
My approach to therapy is down to earth and laid back. I firmly believe that change happens within the context of the relationship so it’s important to connect with the right therapist. I want all the people I work with to feel safe, respected and accepted. I really enjoy working with individuals and helping them realize their potential and watching them reach the goals they set for themselves. I believe in starting where you are and working on the issues that are important to you. Healing is possible.
Thank you and I look forward to working with you.

For many common concerns- including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions- online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that these issues often respond well to remote treatment delivered by qualified clinicians.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their needs best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to include therapy in a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. This approach aims to make mental health care more accessible while maintaining the professional standards of traditional therapy.
