I believe in treating individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use a combination of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients identify problematic patterns, behaviors and relationships in session.
My goal in therapy is to help clients
reflect on how their experiences thus far in life have shaped these patterns and challenge clients to discuss possible solutions or ways to experience the problem in a new way.
I believe the way in which we communicate and experience life affects how we choose to live each day and the quality of our relationships influences how we cope with stress, anxiety, happiness and sadness. Through the use of mindfulness practice. I hope to help clients learn to tolerate the new and different ways they experience the world and create lasting change.
