Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life is hard. Life is unfair. Life is suffering. These statements likely echo what many are feeling. It is times like these that many of us lose sight of our purpose, our value and our intrinsic worth. Whether the reaction of prolonged stress and overwhelm, the realization that our life or the people we know are not always what or who we believed them to be, or the struggle to find meaning in routine or even the mundane, we all arrive at this place in different ways. The place where we no longer know what to do to move forward, but know that something must be done. The place where we feel the pressure to act, but the simultaneous fear that we might make it worse. The place where we feel isolated and misunderstood, even though we are standing shoulder to shoulder with countless others feeling the same way.
Feel familiar?
But what if we were able to take these moments and use them as the impetus for something deeper and more meaningful. What if through grappling with our suffering, we were somehow able to arrive to at a stronger, and more enduring understanding of ourselves and the life we are meant to live. That is what I believe I am here to help with. It can be expressed in any number of ways, but in my work I like to get to the core of a person’s beliefs to assist them with reshaping their story.
Lets not idle any longer in this place, but move through it to a more fulfilling life.
I look forward to speaking with you more at your convenience!

Jefferson Collier recognizes how heavy and unfair life can feel, and he acknowledges that many people arrive at moments of deep uncertainty and pain. He sees how prolonged stress, overwhelm, shattered expectations about people or circumstances, and the search for meaning in routine can leave someone uncertain how to move forward.
When people feel stuck between the pressure to act and the fear of making things worse, when isolation and misunderstanding persist despite being surrounded by others, Jefferson helps them name that place and consider a path through it. He aims to turn those difficult moments into opportunities for deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
With three years of clinical experience, Jefferson draws on a collaborative approach that explores core beliefs and helps reshape the personal narratives that hold people back. He is licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and holds a supervisory credential, which reflects his professional standing within the field.
Jefferson invites clients to move beyond stasis toward a more fulfilling life and is available to discuss how he can support that process at a time that works for them.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – via video sessions, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain regular contact.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers a practical and effective pathway to support.
