I am Rose Ballard. I am an US Army Veteran, having served 9 years active duty, as a Tank Turret/Small Arm Weapons Mechanic as well as a Master Fitness Instructor. I graduated from in 2016 John Brown University with a Masters in Family and Marriage Counseling and a Masters in Clinical Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from the State of Oklahoma working in the field for the past 6yrs and certified in Eagala Equine therapy, C-Cert, and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in Family and Marriage Counseling and Play therapy. I have worked in community mental health and in the private sector. I have worked with clients through the life span to include couples or marriage counseling. I have worked with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, personality disorders and traumas.
I am a solution focused/CBT therapist. I am direct in a positive manner and help the client find the answer they have within themselves.

June is a United States Army veteran who served nine years on active duty, working as a tank turret and small arms weapons mechanic and serving as a master fitness instructor. She completed two master’s degrees at John Brown University in 2016, one in Family and Marriage Counseling and one in Clinical Counseling, and has worked in the counseling field for six years.
She is licensed to practice as a Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and holds additional training and certifications, including EAGALA equine therapy, C-Cert, and motivational interviewing. June also has formal training in family and marriage counseling and play therapy, and she has experience in both community mental health and private practice settings.
June works with clients across the lifespan, including couples and families, and addresses a wide range of concerns such as stress, anxiety, family conflicts, self-esteem, depression, ADHD, addictions, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related issues, sleeping disorders, parenting challenges, anger management, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, coaching needs, and compassion fatigue. Her therapeutic approach is solution-focused and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She is direct yet positive in session and aims to help clients discover the answers they already carry within themselves.
