Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with multiple specialty certifications and training in cognitive behavioral therapy, holistic mental wellness, trauma-informed therapy, relationship therapy, guided meditation, conflict resolution, and a host of holistic therapies. I am a gentle therapeutic guide, motivator, intuit, and I focus on mind-body-energy-healing. Over the past few decades I’ve helped clients cope with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, chronic pain, family and relationship issues, infidelity, life transitions, anger management, substance abuse, domestic violence and much more. My approach to therapy is integrative, mindfulness-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, deeply empathetic, reflective in nature, and sometimes sprinkled with a little sense of humor. It is important for each person to feel incredibly valued, respected, supported, and understood during the therapeutic journey. My objective in therapy is to help clarify issues, gain insight into your thoughts and feelings, help you identify your strengths, and apply what works to get you moving in the right direction. This will help resolve any internal conflict you may have and establish real change and growth. I believe in treating everyone with the highest level of sensitivity, dignity, and respect.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility helps therapy fit into a busy schedule and makes consistent care more accessible.
These services are offered by licensed professionals, and if the fit is not right, clients may switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an effective, practical path to getting support when they need it.
