Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Oregon with nearly 20 years of professional experience. I specialize in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cope with grief and loss, improve motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, and address depression. As well as being a LCSW, I am also an RN, and have experience working with individuals suffering from mental health issues related to chronic pain and chronic illnesses.
My approach is dynamic, recognizing the multiple factors that contribute to our struggles. I use an eclectic ‘toolkit’ to provide the most comprehensive support I am able to. I am kind yet direct, supportive but not passive or overly affirming, and always genuine and authentic.
It takes courage to look within to understand yourself and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to explore with you and support you on that journey.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and practice show that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit, they are free to switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides a convenient, effective path to getting support.
