I am a licensed professional counselor and graduate from the Master’s program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with three years of experience. In the past I have worked with clients with a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and social histories, and have experience helping client who are struggling to manage depression, anxiety, family and developmental problems, relationship issues, and educational challenges. I have also helped many people who have past experience with physical/sexual traumas, emotional abuse, and previously diagnosed mental health conditions.
My therapy style is interactive, realistic, and empathetic, and I believe in treating everyone with respect. I am willing and able to treat everyone – no matter what personal, socio-economic, or mental health history – with dignity and respect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
