Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a trained clinical therapist who brings 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, couples and families. I have experience working with with adjustment disruption, parenting difficulties, relational concerns, and individual issues. During my time as a therapist, I have collected many rich experiences along the way. I find the therapeutic relationship to be a powerful dyad where change and healing abound.
I approach therapy as a relational experience. My style is engaging, eclectic, conversational and goal-oriented. I value the whole person and believe that we all experience healing within a holistic context. My goal for therapy is to create an environment where those I have the privilege of working with experience a space where they can be their true selves and be met with compassion, understanding and gentle exposure to new and/or existing truths.
The journey of therapy is one that I honor and I look forward to becoming a sojourner with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients can switch at any time if they want a different fit. For many people seeking support with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to work toward meaningful progress.
