Many people wonder whether remote counseling can actually help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One key benefit is scheduling flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone prefers a different match they can switch therapists at any time.
