Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia and certified perinatal mental health professional. I have a passion for working with mothers and their families, as well as those going through life transitions. I help people who are trying to become pregnant, experiencing infertility, pregnant, had a loss of pregnancy, dealing with difficult birth or postpartum adjustment, trying to adopt, going through surrogacy and/or IVF, and those who identify as women/LGBTQ+ and struggle with anxiety or depression. I have previous experience working with children, adolescents, and adults involving many concerns surrounding trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, family issues, spirituality, and sexuality.
When it comes to your mental health and overall well-being, it’s important to have a knowledgeable professional you can turn to. I’m here to walk with you through life’s complex and difficult matters. My goal is to meet you where you are as a person and focus on what you want to accomplish. I work with you to set and reach attainable goals.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the major benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options helps make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and if someone needs a different fit it is possible to switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and move toward their goals.
