Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Steve Reinoehl, a licensed counselor, hailing from Southeastern Pa. I have been married for 26 years, and live with my wife and daughter. I received a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Kutztown University in 2007, and have been practicing counseling for the past 10+ years, 6 years as a licensed therapist (LPC). I am a generalist, using a wide variety of counseling techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy, to name a few. I help individuals with a variety of mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also work with families to help them improve relationships and solve relational problems. The words that best describe my counseling vocation are as follows: “I have been able to help even those individuals who suffer the most, experience positive change, and improve their lives.” Just as I help my family, I enjoy helping my clients. No problem is too hard for me. If you have a need, feel free to contact me, and I’ll be glad to help!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that best suits them, whether that is video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage in the way that feels most comfortable.
All participating professionals are licensed therapists, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they want a different match. Online therapy can be a practical, effective route to support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
