Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2016 with an M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling, originally from New England, but have been residing in Las Vegas for almost 20 years. I am now a Clinical Professional Counselor that loves to help others heal from whatever it is they may be suffering from. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients to learn about others to help them achieve the best possible results of themselves. I have worked with different concerns including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma issues primarily.
My therapy style is creating a nonjudgmental open space to provide for healing. The therapeutic relationship is important in the healing process, I always want to advocate what is best for the client, finding the best fit is important. I believe in being compassionate and caring, but I will also challenge the client along the way. I combine different approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and I am also an EMDR clinician. I will change this approach based on the need of the client.
It takes a lot of bravery to reach out to seek for help, especially meeting with a therapist at first is a complete stranger, I look forward to meeting and working with each and every one of you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and managing life transitions, online therapy is generally as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their lifestyle and comfort, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to schedule sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapist, switching to another provider is an option. For many people, the combination of comparable effectiveness and convenient access makes online therapy a practical choice.
