I have a warm and empathic counseling style, combined with a variety of counseling approaches that are active and result-driven. Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, we will help you get where you would like to go. I specialize in issues involving family problems, parenting issues, relationship issues, abuse and survivor work, grief work, trauma, and issues affecting children and adolescents.
