Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Kenneth Denny. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 +years experience providing individual, couples and family therapy. I work with a broad range of presenting issues: such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, loss and grief, anger management, identity, relationship and parenting problems and workplace issues. I have also worked with a wide range of ethnic, cultural and economically diverse populations.
My counseling style is engaging, direct, relaxed, and encouraging. My treatment approach combines psycho educational, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness therapy and family systems and solution focused therapy. I provide a clinical space that is safe, nonjudgemental and supportive. I use these models to assist clients to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, actions, triggers and entanglements. Together we develop a treatment plan that is tailored to address specific issues, increase self confidence in desired areas and to develop a tool kit for assertive self care and personal growth.
Taking a step in your own behalf is the first step in making important changes in your life and being happier and more fulfilled.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their life, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to keep therapy consistent even with busy schedules.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed it is possible to switch providers. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of online therapy help sustain progress on personal goals and make ongoing support more attainable.
