Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Jean Erickson, I am a licensed Psychologist, who has worked both here in the United States (East/West Coasts/Midwest) and abroad. For over 25 years I have been honored to help support people making positive changes in their lives. My belief is that most problems stem from tensions involved in the process of change. I also believe therapy should not be mysterious. My approach is to work alongside you in setting transparent goals and ensuring that you feel fully supported while doing so. In my view, most therapy occurs outside of the artificial confines of an office, the real work happens while living life. I am a firm believe that regardless of the challenges people experience, everyone is capable of making positive changes in their lives.

Jean Erickson brings more than 25 years of clinical experience to her work supporting people who want to make positive changes in their lives. She has practiced in multiple regions of the United States – including the East and West Coasts and the Midwest – as well as internationally, and has spent her career helping clients navigate transitions and challenging circumstances.
Jean views many problems as tensions that arise during the process of change, and she aims to make therapy straightforward rather than mysterious. Her style is collaborative: she works alongside clients to set clear, transparent goals and to provide steady support as those goals are pursued.
She emphasizes that much of the real work of therapy happens outside the office while living life, and her approach is practical and grounded in everyday experience. Jean believes that regardless of the difficulties people face, everyone has the capacity to create meaningful, positive change.
Jean holds a California license as a marriage and family therapist, reflecting her clinical training and state licensure, and she uses that background to guide compassionate, goal-oriented care.
