Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! It takes more strength and courage to pursue change than it does to remain in an unhealthy pattern or situation. I can offer a warm, supportive, safe, confidential environment conducive to growth and change.
I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Michigan and Indiana. I have many years of professional experience as well as personal experience with difficult situations, transitions, life stresses, and living in another country and culture. If you suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, communication problems, chemical abuse, or grief, I can help. If you are looking for help with growth in relationships, learning more about yourself, staying present in the moment, transitioning to a new life phase, and generally flourishing in life, I am here for you. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is key in the success of therapy. I have a relational approach to psychotherapy and can tailor therapy and a treatment plan to your specific needs. Together we can look at unhelpful patterns in your life as well as work to heal the hurt life brings.
I would be honored to work with you through this very personal process.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage from locations that are convenient.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would better support their progress.
