Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have 25 + years working with adults, kids, teens and families with a wide range of concerns. My experience includes supporting parents with:
foster/adoptive children,
children with autism,
children with mental health concerns and/or behavioral problems.
I also have many years of experience working with trauma, including sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence and severe violence. In addition, I have experience with depression, anxiety, and overcoming poverty.
My approach is very eclectic, but is mostly humanistic and sometimes cognitive and/or behavioral. I see my role as supporting people in whatever direction life takes them or helping them over the bumps in life, even the big bumps. I tend to use a direct and pragmatic approach. My style is very interactive, sensitive, and compassionate.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the mode of connection that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into daily life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical way to access consistent support for many everyday mental health and life challenges.
