I’ve worked with a variety of students/clients over the last 10 years, so I am comfortable working with almost any issue or problem. The most prevalent have been depression, anxiety, drugs/alcohol, peer/family relationships, bullying, and grief.
Grief is my specialty. I have attended many trainings and workshops relating to grief and continue pursue avenues to increase my professional knowledge and experiences. My own life experiences have also taught me a lot about grief and how to best support people through the grieving process.
I look forward to connecting with my clients and navigating through the counseling process as a team.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective option for receiving professional support.
