Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, My name is Haley Harmer and I am a licensed professional therapist. I have been doing therapy for about 11 years now working as a therapist primarily with children, youth and families but I definitely love working with all individuals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, boundaries, relationship issues, family dynamics and parenting problems to name a few. My education and experience has caused me to have a well-rounded background in several areas of concern when it comes to the mental health of individuals and counseling.
My therapy approaches mostly come from using cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy and trauma-focused therapy but I tend to tailor my therapy approach and treatment plans to meet the unique and specific needs of my clients, which are all very individual. My therapy style is warm, inviting and very understanding. I’m here for my clients and helping them to the very best of my ability by showing respect, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to the needs of those who entrust me with their personal information. My heart is “Everybody Always” and that is how I treat my clients.
It takes so much strength and courage to be aware of your needs and then reaching out for help and I would be honored to help you take those steps towards change and healing. I’m here to support you, listen to you, empower you and help you see that you have all the potential and strength within yourself to get to where you want to be. If you are ready to take that step I can’t wait to begin working with you!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can help with their concerns. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients may choose the mode of connection that fits their life, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to schedule and maintain consistent care.
Therapy provided online is delivered by licensed professionals, and individuals may change therapists at any time if they seek a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers a practical and effective avenue for support and growth.
