Many people wonder whether virtual therapy actually helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability can make it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they seek a different fit.
