Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a mental health counselor originally from Nebraska and now living in Arizona. I have 20+ years of experience. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and low motivation. I have also helped people with addiction problems. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My counseling approach is from a Christian perspective, and that we need God in our lives for direction, guidance, and as a moral compass for making choices and decisions. If you feel this would not be a good fit for you, I certainly understand and wish you the best. Michael

Many people wonder whether counseling delivered online truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – individuals can connect in the mode that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit help into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and those seeking a different fit may switch therapists at any time.
