I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, career and health challenges, as well as a variety of other mental health disorder. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals through life transitions and personal growth.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy writing, traveling, aviation, SCUBA diving, hiking, golf, and cheering on state and local sports teams.
