Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a nationally certified licensed professional counselor with a passion to journey alongside clients in their discovery and movement towards hope and healing. My approach to treatment is integrative and holistic in nature. I utilize multiple theoretic foundational approaches in therapy to best fit the healing needs of the client with respect to individuality and culture. This includes incorporating strength based and trauma informed principles to a variety of treatment modalities such as acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, client-centered therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing. I work with clients to manage a broad range of concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety and adjustment, depression, anger management, mood management, bipolar, attention and focus, stress management, improving self-esteem, coping with grief and loss, and developing healthy relationships and communication patterns. I seek to encourage the development of healthy patterns of relating to self and others, identification of and connection with core values, and forward movement towards hope, healing, and acceptance.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone seeks a different therapeutic fit they are free to switch to another provider at any time.
