Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
No matter who you are or what your background is, I am here for you. My goal is to help you. My desire is to show you kindness and compassion.
I utilize short-term approaches which have been proven to help people start feeling better very quickly. Some as early as four weeks but most after an average of about 12-15 weeks. The length of your therapy can be discussed and decided together on a case-by-case basis.
My goal is to teach you the skills necessary to be your own therapist and demystify the process. I want to help you learn how to not need me anymore! I believe that if I can help you find some relief regarding what is happening in your life now, it will be a bit easier to address anything in your past that might be causing you difficulty.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with ten years experience providing counseling services. I have spent more than 25 years working with people of all ages in a variety of ways. For example; I have been public-school Special Education teacher and an English as a Foreign Language teacher, as well as a therapist. Some specific issues I can help you with include anxiety, depression, and anger management. Making the decision to even consider counseling is a huge step.
It is important to note that I can’t make you any guarantees. However, if you are ready, I believe I can help you.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, research indicates that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person treatment.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can choose the format that best fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent care around work, family, and other commitments.
All therapists providing services are licensed professionals, and clients may request a different clinician at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to get support for everyday mental health concerns without sacrificing professional standards of care.
