Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia, with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with teenagers and adults, as a middle school counselor, behavioral health provider, and a military family life counselor. I am passionate about providing a space for restoration and growth. And I believe the adversities and pain we experience can be a catalyst for exponential growth.
It has been my honor to assist clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the stress of day to day living- in building resiliency skills.
Pain, shame, and fear are universal struggles that turn us into someone we were never meant to be. We work together to increase self compassion, awareness of self defeating thought patterns, and healthy coping skills. I also incorporate the value of having a sense of humor. Laughter heals the soul!
I view counseling as soul restoration, and a journey where we explore the important questions about purpose, fulfillment, relationships, and living with sustainable joy and peace. It takes courage to share your story and do the hard work to become the healthiest version of yourself, and I am honored to play a role in that process.
