Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Counseling at UNC Charlotte in NC. I have 20+ years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the states of NC and GA. I am also a Registered Play Therapist and believe that is helpful to all ages due to my deep understanding of development and early life experiences. I have also been trained in and provided Animal Assisted and Equine Assisted Therapy. I am a firm believer that animals and nature are healers. My approach involves meeting clients where they are and developing a plan based on individual needs with a theoretical base of Adlerian concepts. Parenting Support is another passion of mine. Parenting can be hard! Children do not come with a manual. I can assist with parenting techniques and therapy to improve familial relationships. I am also trained in Divorce Mediation and Parenting Coordination and provide coaching related to the difficulty of these life changes. I can assist with helping your children cope as well. I work with adults on issues such as anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, depression, among others. I believe I provide a refreshing, caring approach and look forward to our journey together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to engage from a comfortable setting.
Licensed professionals deliver care online, and if a different fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. For many people dealing with everyday stressors and emotional challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path to support.
