Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. I have worked in various environments including community mental health and university counseling services which has enabled me to counsel individuals on a variety of issues including grief & loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions and relationship concerns.
I believe that the role of a counselor is to meet someone where they are at, come along side of them and assist them in their journey, all of the time realizing that they are in control of their next steps. My job is to help you realize which steps you want to take then aid you in the process of implementation. My counseling style is relational, interactive, eclectic and based on the beliefs above. I will listen, try to understand, then help you understand.
It takes courage to actively seek assistance. I applaud your vulnerability and am ready to listen and offer assistance.

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – individuals can choose the format that feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to schedule care around work, family, and other commitments.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone decides another therapist would be a better fit, they are free to switch at any time. Online therapy makes evidence-based support more accessible while allowing people to engage in a way that suits their lifestyle.
