Welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Advanced Certification in Family Counseling and founder of Steps To Clarity PLLC in the state of New York. I am a diligent, motivated, and ambitious individual with a lot of charisma. Additionally, I yearn to continuously advance and gain knowledge in my craft. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges.
There are many factors in life that aid into one’s mental health. These factors may be emotional, physical and/or environmental amongst a possible myriad of others. Many issues can contribute to challenges in one having a more productive and fulfilling life. In addition to these stressors, some people struggle with issues from childhood or unhealthy patterns that sabotage their relationships or current life events. I find that my experience working with diverse populations opened up many avenues in contributing in touching the lives of so many in various ways.
