Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a mental health counselor licensed in New York. I graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2004 and have over 15 years experience in the counseling field. I have worked in a variety of settings including community clinics, foster care, and with the military. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, as well as those who have experienced different types of trauma and abuse.
I tend to take a person centered approach and believe the counseling relationship is a functional part of the process. It is important that the client feels comfortable with the counselor and is confident it is a good match and working relationship. Everyone’s journey is unique and the counselor is there as a guide.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is convenience – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if the match does not feel right a client may choose to switch providers at any time. For many people, virtual options make beginning and sustaining therapy more accessible and adaptable to daily life.
