Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience, working as a social worker or life coach. I have worked with various populations on a wide range of issues like anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, illnesses, caregiver stress, aging, and family challenges.
My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral, motivational, problem-solving, and supportive counseling. I like to create a safe and warm environment where you can freely share your concerns. I help you work on your goals in a manner that is most beneficial for your type of issue and that fits your personality and style.
Are we a good fit? I predominately with women who reside in California and are dealing with life stressors, mild anxiety or depression, health related concerns, caregiver stress, grief, and other life challenges. While I work with people from all backgrounds, I have a particular understanding of the Orthodox Jewish religion, which may be helpful for Torah observant clients. If it sounds like we may be a good fit, feel free to reach out.
My goal is to empower you with the tools you need to navigate life’s ups and downs–long after therapy. I look forward to helping you!
