Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and my background includes working with adults, adolescents, children, married couples and parents from different socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds. I have provided a variety of mental health services including working with people suffering from anxiety, depression, anger management issues, family conflict issues as well as parenting issues. I would consider myself to be eclectic and use techniques from several different therapy modalities. Most often I use techniques associated with the Cognitive-behavioral approach, which focuses on identifying the client’s current pattern of thoughts, recognizes potential areas of change or improvement, and modifying behavior. I understand that as individuals we operate within the context of our family structure, cultural background, social environment and religious beliefs. I utilize mindfulness techniques along with Cognitive behavioral approach as well as Solution focused therapy and Person-Centered therapy. During the process of therapy we will address areas of concern, devise a plan to resolve those issues and learn new effective coping skills while considering all the aspects of who you are as a person.
My philosophy as a therapist is that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion for their own unique situation. I believe in respecting and honoring all people in the most positive and supportive way I can. I recognize that every situation is different and when someone reaches out, they are willing to move toward change for a happier life. I look forward to working with you to fulfill what change will look like for you. Let’s start the journey together!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person treatment for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their routine and comfort level, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit.
