Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Antoinette Bryce, Clinical Social Worker/LCSW
Licensed in NY and NC
Hello there! My name is Antoinette Bryce, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the mental health and human services field for 13 years. I am a graduate from the Fordham University and currently a lecturer within the Human Behavior field. My passion is “People” and helping them to get to the core of who they are. Starting out as a customer service agent many years ago I have learnt that the “customer is always right.” In keeping this approach, coupling it with a mental health and trauma focused lens, my modality of choice for intervention is from the Humanistic Paradigm- I will meet you where you are at…and then we both work from there. I also include in my practice short-term Solution Focused Intervention and CBT Therapy.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, ADHD, anxiety, work-related concerns including burn-out, parenting problems, religious/spiritual struggles, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, anger management and an extensive background in child welfare. I have also spent all my timeframe as a Human Behavior Specialist working in underserved communities, working closely with underserved clients-specifically members of the black and brown community.
Trauma hinders our progress whether the exposure is miniscule, extensive or somewhere in-between. Unless we can identify and understand this impact one cannot start moving towards healing. Let’s start this journey together and explore through appropriate intervention that is designed to meet your needs, a way towards being whole again.

Antoinette Bryce is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in New York and licensed in North Carolina as well. She brings seven years of clinical experience and works from a people-centered, humanistic perspective that emphasizes meeting each person where they are and building therapy from that starting point.
She integrates short-term solution-focused strategies and cognitive behavioral therapy into her practice, tailoring interventions to the specific concerns a person brings. Antoinette has supported individuals facing stress, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related concerns, sleep difficulties, anger management, career-related problems, depression, coping with life changes, and ADHD.
Her background includes substantial work in child welfare and roles serving underserved communities, with particular experience supporting members of Black and Brown communities. Earlier experience in customer service shaped her commitment to treating people with respect and responsiveness. She is also a graduate of Fordham University and serves as a lecturer in the field of human behavior.
Antoinette emphasizes understanding the impact of trauma in order to begin healing, and she works collaboratively with each person to design interventions that meet their needs and move them toward greater wellbeing.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience support its use for these everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if someone finds a different fit would be better they can switch therapists. Online therapy offers a way to access experienced clinicians while keeping the focus on practical, meaningful progress toward personal goals.
