Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you someone who struggles with self image concerns and wants to have a positive relationship with their body? Have you found yourself struggling with symptoms of worry, anxiety or depression? Do you want to start becoming active, both for physical and mental health, but don’t know where to start? I specialize in helping those with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, poor body image, healthy eating, and anxieties surrounding self-esteem and healthy self image.
Taking a step forward to improve overall mental and physical well-being can be overwhelming. Our inner worlds can feel disconnected as our bodies often influence what we do and how we feel. Certain physical activity has been shown to improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a provisionally licensed counselor and NASM certified personal trainer, I aim to increase quality of life by adding physical activity in session, alongside mental health counseling, to help you feel connected again. Doing this alone can be confusing and stressful, but by working together, we will realize your strength, and move to complete your picture of health.

Christine Sibilla is a Missouri-based therapist with four years of clinical experience. She is a licensed professional counselor in both Colorado and Missouri and also holds certification as a NASM personal trainer, which shapes her movement-informed approach to care.
She supports people facing a range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, depression and grief, low self-esteem and body-image difficulties, relationship and family conflicts, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, career-related challenges, ADHD, and adjustments to life changes. Christine also provides coaching to help clients pursue specific goals.
Many people who struggle with their self-image or who want to become more active find it hard to know where to begin. Christine combines traditional talk-based counseling with guided physical activity when appropriate, using her fitness training to help reestablish the connection between body and mind and to support overall well-being.
Taking the first step toward better mental and physical health can feel overwhelming, but Christine aims to make the process collaborative and manageable. By working together she helps clients recognize their strengths and move toward a more complete picture of health.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly make a difference. For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the biggest advantages is flexibility. You can meet with a therapist in the format that fits your needs – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to schedule and continue care.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if you decide you need a different fit you can switch providers at any time. Online therapy offers a practical way to access consistent support for everyday mental health concerns.
