Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Peace of Mind…You deserve it!
Many people say they want to feel content and in control of their lives. I work with individuals who want to make changes and experience more enrichment and satisfaction. Therapy is a relationship that is safe, non-judgmental, warm, and rewarding; a way to find peace. Therapy can provide insight and new perspectives into life’s challenges and can help open up new possibilities and options for approaching difficult situations. Some of the benefits available from therapy include:
* Developing new skills for handling stress and anxiety
* Modifying unhealthy behaviors and self-defeating patterns
* Increasing confidence and overall quality of life
* Enhancing new ways to manage anger, depression and moods.
I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified art therapist working for the past 25 years with individuals of all ages. I primarily use evidence based techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused, trauma focused CBT or a combination depending on the need of the individual. Being an art therapist, I also use the creative therapies to gain insight in a non-verbal way as images are sometimes easier than words. I have experience in Play Therapy, Sand Tray and Theraplay. In essence, I begin where you are and tailor the treatment approach to your need. I am will be sensitive to how your individual life experiences impact your decisions and beliefs. This is a journey we will take together to increase your quality of life!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the way that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if you decide you need a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many individuals, online therapy offers an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and move toward meaningful change.
