I strive to understand my clients’ needs by listening attentively, sharing my insights, and responding openly. I enjoy my role as therapist and teacher, listener, coach, helper, and confidant.
My medical education and experience as an RN has provided great benefits to my career as a therapist. I have a useful understanding of the body and its physiological responses in anxiety, stress, depression, pain etc. I will offer tools and strategies to cope and self calm, strengthening the mind body connection. If you work in health care, I would be honored to work with you regarding your experiences with the pandemic.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice have shown that virtual counseling addresses these issues successfully for a wide range of people.
One of the greatest benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain continuity of care during life changes.
Each therapist offering online services is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, the combination of accessibility and professional clinical support makes online therapy a practical and effective choice.
