Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am credentialed in Australia with years of professional work experience. I have experience in public sectors, no for profits, NGOs, and private practice in and outside Australia.
I am offering only weekends at the moment due to my other work commitments. If weekend is what suits you you can visit my calendar and see what time and method suits you. I would prefer video and calling methods as I believe that can allow therapist to understand real time emotions and feelings as well as establish the connections with their client which can help the therapy. I have expertise in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Tarulata Mathur is credentialed to practise in Australia and brings 25 years of professional experience. She has worked across the public sector, not-for-profit organisations, non-governmental organisations, and in private practice both in Australia and outside of Australia.
Due to other work commitments, she is currently offering appointments only on weekends. If weekend sessions suit you, her calendar lists available times and the methods she uses. Tarulata prefers video and phone sessions, as she believes these formats help the therapist perceive emotions in real time and build the therapeutic connection that supports progress in therapy.
Her areas of expertise include relationship and family issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and helping people manage stress, anxiety, and depression. She works from a strengths-based perspective, recognising that each person is the expert in their own story and that personal strengths can be mobilised to face challenges. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and Tarulata offers support throughout that process.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can really make a difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating professionals are licensed therapists, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical and effective choice for many seeking support with everyday mental health concerns.
