Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently licensed in the states of MN, WA, WI, and AK. I provide virtual individual therapy sessions for adults. Many people I work with are wanting a place to process challenges in their life. I strive to be supportive and nonjudgmental in working with people on the challenges they are facing. My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with people, and explore both insights into the topics they discuss, and coping skills that may be helpful for them. While I like to be eclectic in theoretical approaches, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy often.
I typically work with people who experience difficult thoughts, feelings, and circumstances in their life. This can impact one’s ability to function at their best. I enjoy helping people find ways to increase awareness and mindfulness in their life, and to take action steps based on what is important to them.
My goal is to have a therapy style that is kind, comfortable, and personable. I want the people I work with to have a safe space, and to feel free to talk about anything they would like. I invite you to reach out to me if you would like to schedule an appointment or have any questions. Take care.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage in ways that feel most comfortable.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch providers if they prefer a different match. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, effective route to address everyday mental health challenges and move toward clearer priorities and coping strategies.
