His vocation also includes 38 years in pastoral ministry, board certification as a chaplain since 1995, and more than 21 years serving as an on-call chaplain. Through this wide range of experience he has supported people managing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and loss.
He looks forward to supporting and empowering individuals as they move forward on their life journeys.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns - including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes - remote therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary advantages is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the format that fits them best - video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging - making it simpler to include therapy in a busy schedule.
Therapists offering these services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch to a different therapist at any time if they feel another provider would be a better fit.
