Rachel Fondren is a licensed independent clinical social worker practicing in Kentucky with 12 years of clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Alabama and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
Throughout her career she has worked with people facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, parenting challenges, career difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and serious mental illnesses. She emphasizes partnership in care and works collaboratively with each person to develop an individualized treatment plan aligned with their goals.
Her approach integrates cognitive-behavioral methods, acceptance and commitment strategies, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
