Dr. Pam Brodie is a New Jersey-based psychologist with more than 17 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, nonprofit agencies, hospitals, private clinics and, most recently, two private practices. She holds a PhD in Family Psychology, a doctoral degree that emphasizes understanding how individual concerns are shaped by relationships, values and life goals, and she frames individual issues within that relational and values-based context.
Her clinical focus includes stress and anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, relationship and family conflicts, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related concerns, anger management and self-esteem. She also works specifically with the needs of first responders - including EMTs, firefighters and law enforcement personnel.
Dr. Brodie’s therapeutic approach emphasizes increasing awareness of risk factors and underlying problems that produce distress, with the practical aim of supporting behavioral changes that enable more satisfying, functional lives. She is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and combines years of cross-setting experience with a relational, goal-oriented perspective to help clients pursue meaningful change.
