Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Nicole M. Thweatt, PhD, LMHC. I enjoy providing an array of therapeutic services to those in need. Over the course of 15 years in the mental health field, I have experience working with domestic violence victims, family conflict, trauma-related incidents, and emotional and behavioral matters to include depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, low self-esteem, difficulties communicating to include social matters, etc. I can provide domestic violence awareness, conflict resolution and empowerment training, assertive communication skill training, anger management, and parent support. Services I offer include individual, family, and couples therapy with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, brief-solution focused and psychoeducational therapeutic modalities during sessions.
However, please note that each session conducted will be personalized to fit your needs once an individualized treatment plan is established, which will take place at our first session. The most significant goal I wish to help others with is to improve overall psychological, behavioral, social, spiritual, and developmental health, so that a more flourishing life can be lived and maintained. Every human being was meant to thrive and deserves to reach his or her destination. Please feel free to reach out so that I can help .

Many people wonder whether working with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy schedule and to stay engaged in treatment.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to consistent, effective support.
