Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor’s Supervisor and holistic health advocate. I believe that our bodies and minds are deeply connected and work together which means they must be treated together. I also believe that each therapy session and treatment plan should be as unique as you are. Together, we will work to get to the root of your symptoms and make changes that bring you relief. My clients will tell you that this personalized approach helps them make breakthroughs, understand themselves on a deeper level and ultimately resolve any confusion, anxiety or depression that cause them distress.
My specialties include working with clients with Trauma/PTSD, BPD (diagnosed and suspected), Bipolar Disorder and depression and anxiety. I primarily use DBT, IFS and CFT in my practice and I use an integrative and collaborative approach with each client I work with to determine which approach works best. The goal is for you to recognize your strengths and abilities and implement proven techniques to cultivate real results and change.

Natalie Wakeley is a licensed professional counselor in Georgia who also serves as a certified professional counselor supervisor and a holistic health advocate. She approaches care with the belief that the body and mind are interconnected and should be addressed together, and she designs each session and treatment plan to fit the person in front of her.
With six years of clinical experience, she focuses on identifying the root of symptoms and supporting clients as they make practical changes that bring relief. Her work emphasizes a personalized, collaborative process that helps people gain deeper self-understanding and reduce the confusion, anxiety, or depression that has been causing distress.
Her specialties include Trauma and PTSD, borderline personality concerns (diagnosed or suspected), bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. Natalie primarily uses dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT), blending these approaches as needed to find the best fit for each client.
Natalie’s goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, learn evidence-based techniques, and create meaningful, lasting change.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person work. Research and practice have shown that virtual sessions can address these issues meaningfully for a large number of people.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. People can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit counseling into a busy schedule or to access care from different locations.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical route for many individuals to pursue support and develop skills that help with everyday challenges and emotional concerns.
