Nancy Busch

Nancy Busch is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds professional licenses to practice clinical social work in both Arizona and Florida, which reflect her training and regulatory credentials (Arizona LCSW - LCSW-21804; Florida LCSW - SW9802).

Her clinical background includes work in inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, community-based mental health settings, and assignments on military bases within the United States and abroad. She has provided care for active duty and retired service members across all branches, as well as for first responders.

Nancy adopts a client-centered approach that emphasizes a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. Early sessions are focused on creating that safe space while assessing concerns related to depression, anxiety, anger, relationship difficulties, trauma, and major life changes.
