Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Monica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My primary experience is in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, grief, anxiety, and adjustment. I help by providing a warm, welcoming, and accepting environment as we explore your story and daily struggles through a lens of curiosity while extending grace, kindness, and self-compassion. In doing this, we work together to identify core beliefs and values, behavioral patterns, emotional reactions, effective coping tools, and how we can identify and meet your goals.
I understand that seeking help can be challenging and bring up lots of emotions so I’m proud of you for taking this step. In our first few sessions, you can expect to share about your primary concerns, your expectations for therapy, current coping or what you’ve tried in the past, and set some goals that align with your values.
I am passionate about this work because I know how powerful it is for people to be able to freely tell their stories, their struggles, and their heart’s desires with someone who can listen non-judgmentally, extend compassion, and say “I see you, and you are capable.” I offer a free consultation to see if we are a good fit for your needs and goals.

Many people ask whether online therapy can deliver meaningful support. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the format that fits your needs, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired you can switch providers at any time. Online therapy offers accessible, adaptable support for many everyday mental health needs.
